概要・性能：Performance	焦点距離がばらばらになるような凹凸のある試料であってもボケのない表面像を得る事が出来る。また、マイクロメートルオーダーで表面の凹凸情報を測定、3次元画像などの解析が行える。接眼レンズはx20、対物レンズはx5, x10, x20, x50, x100が装備されている。	It is possible to obtain a blur-free surface image even for uneven samples where the focal distance is uneven. It is also possible to measure surface height on the micrometer order and analyze 3D images. The instrument is equipped with an x20 eyepiece and x5, x10, x20, x50, and x100 objective lenses.

説明：Guide	通常の実体顕微鏡での観察も使用出来る FSM画像取得により高低差のある試料表面でも全点で焦点の合った画像を得られる。 2次元Z画像取得により、3次元表示、高低差評価、表面粗さ評価が行える。	Can also be used for observation with an ordinary stereo microscope. FSM image acquisition enables images to be focused at all points even on a sample surface with height differences. 2D Z image acquisition enables 3D display, height difference evaluation, and surface roughness evaluation.
