概要・性能：Performance	特に生体アプリケーションのために設計された高性能原子間力顕微鏡（AFM）であり、倒立型光学顕微鏡に搭載し、分子分解能イメージングとピコニュートンのフォース測定機能を組み合わせた多目的型AFM装置。
仕様：Specs	優れた振れのノイズ8 pm(典型値).20 pm保証.大きい垂直Z レンジ(標準で15 μm.オプションで40 μ m)により.細胞や非常に軟らかいゲル上の凝着測定といった過酷なアプリケーションが可能	Sample size 20x20 mm. Stage size 30x30 mm. Tapping mode resolution 0.03 nm. Contact mode resolution 0.01 nm. Force mode resolution 18 pN/m. Laser 860nm, 1mW.
