概要・性能：Performance	生体物質からデバイスに至る各種試料の表面及び内部の局所状態を分析する場合に使用する装置。赤外線からなる干渉波を顕微鏡により集光し，5～10μmの試料でも分子構造，結晶構造，配向などに関する情報が得られる。ステージを移動させることで試料の微細な部分の２次元・３次元マップを作製することが可能。
仕様：Specs		SPECIFICATIONS Detector:InSb detector (~ 1850 cm-1). Objective mirror:10X,16X or 32X cassegrain. Sample stage movement: X-axis:70, Y-axis:50, Z-axis:20 mm. Minimum sampling area:3 mm2 (32X cassegrain). Measurement range:15000-200cm-1.
