概要・性能：Performance	フッ化キセノンガスによるシリコンの異方性ドライエッチング装置。完全ドライプロセスのため、スティッキングによる自立デバイスの破壊を抑制。プラズマを使用しないため、電解による素子へのダメージがない。Siのみと反応するため高い選択比が可能。	Anisotropic Dry Etching System for Silicon Using Xenon Difluoride Gas. Suppresses the destruction of freestanding devices caused by stiction due to the completely dry process. Eliminates damage to devices caused by charge accumulation since it does not use plasma.
