概要・性能：Performance	溶液化・元素分離した試料をアルゴンプラズマでイオン(ICP)化し、磁場セクターで質量分離し、複数の検出器(MC)で1マスごとに信号を同時計測・比較することで、同位体比を測定する装置。	This instrument measures the isotopic ratios of the elementally separated solutions by ionising with argon plasma, accelerating under vaccum, mass separating in a magnetic field sector and counting and comparing simultaneously the signals for each mass with multiple detectors.
