概要・性能：Performance	試料表面に触針を接触させ、試料台を直線的に走査させます。触針が試料の凹凸形状に追従することにより、表面形状を測定することができます。	A stylus is placed on the surface of the sample to scan the sample table in a straight line. The stylus follows the uneven shape of the sample to measure the surface profile.
