概要・性能：Performance	X線を試料へ照射し、そこから発生した散乱X線が作る干渉縞を解析することによって、試料内部のナノ構造を評価する装置。	A device to evaluate the internal nanostructure of a sample by irradiating X-rays to the sample and analyzing the interference fringes created by the scattered X-rays generated from the irradiated sample.

説明：Guide	本装置は天然高分子、合成高分子、ゲル、ミセル、コロイド、有機金属錯体等多様な物質のナノ構造を計測するための装置である。輝度の高いX線源を有し、検出器が自動で移動してSAXS/WAXSをシームレスに計測できる。	It is a self-made, ultra-brilliant, fully-automatic light scattering measurement device. It can measure the structure and motion of molecules with low concentration and low molecular weight, which cannot be measured by commercially available light scattering systems. Commercially available HPLC vials are used as standard cells (part numbers are specified).
