概要・性能：Performance	試料表面に集光したレーザー光を照射することで発生する光(ラマン散乱光)を検出する。ラマン散乱により発生する光は物質固有の周波数を持つため、光の周波数を解析することで組成や構造などの情報を得ることができる装置である。	This equipment detects the light (Raman scattering light) generated by irradiating a focused laser beam on the sample surface. Since the light generated by Raman scattering has a frequency unique to the material, this device can obtain information on composition and structure by analyzing the frequency of the light.

説明：Guide	この装置では、半径数マイクロメートルの一点を測定するポイント分析と、数マイクロメートル～数ミリメートル四方の範囲を連続的にポイント分析し、特定の周波数の強弱を色によって視覚的に表示するマッピング分析が利用できる。ポイント分析は測定場所の指定さえすればワンクリックで行うことができ、短時間で簡便な測定が可能である。	This equipment can use either point analysis that measure a radius of several micrometers or mapping analysis, which performs continuous point analysis over a range of several micrometers to several millimeters square and visually displays the strength or weakness of a specific frequency in terms of color. Point analysis can be performed with a single click once the measurement location has been specified, enabling quick and easy measurement.
