概要・性能：Performance	最大で10000 Kに及ぶ高温のプラズマ中へ、霧状に噴霧した水溶液試料を導入し熱励起させる。励起した試料が基底状態に戻るときのスペクトルを検出し、その波長や検出強度から水溶液中の試料の種類や濃度を同定する装置。	An aqueous solution sample is atomized and thermally excited in a high-temperature plasma up to 10,000 K. The spectrum of the excited sample as it returns to its ground state is detected, and the type of element or concentration of the sample is identified from the wavelength or intensity of the spectrum.

説明：Guide	この装置では、水溶液中の微量含まれる元素について定性・定量分析を行うことができる。一部の軽元素と希ガスを除き、ほとんどの元素を測定することができる。測定元素によって検出限界が異なるが、ppbオーダーの濃度まで高精度で検出することができる。	This equipment can perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements contained in trace amounts in aqueous solution. With the exception of some light elements and noble gases, most elements can be measured. It can detect concentrations on the ppb order with high precision, although the detection limit varies depending on the element measured.
