概要・性能：Performance	数100Vから数kVのArイオンを試料の上下から照射し、スパッタによりTEM観察用薄膜を作製する装置である。電解研磨で薄膜化することが難しい半導体やセラミックスに有効である。試料を液体窒素で冷却してスパッタ研磨中のダメージを低減する機構が附属している。	This equipment irradiates Ar ions from several 100 V to several kV from the top and bottom of the sample and prepares thin films for TEM observation by sputtering. It is effective for semiconductors and ceramics that are difficult to thin by electropolishing. A mechanism is attached to cool the sample with liquid nitrogen to reduce damage during sputter polishing.

説明：Guide	電解研磨で作製するのが難しい、半導体やセラミックスなどの透過電子顕微鏡観察用の薄膜をArイオンでスパッタして作製する装置である。	This equipment is used to fabricate thin films for transmission electron microscopic observation of semiconductors and ceramics, which are difficult to fabricate by electropolishing, by sputtering with Ar ions.
