概要・性能：Performance	高解像度平面CCDセンサを用いて背面ラウエ写真を撮影し、結晶方位の決定を短時間で行うことができる。	High-resolution planar CCD sensors can be used to take back Laue photographs, allowing the crystal orientation to be determined in a short time.

説明：Guide	2022年9月27日〜　X線源の修理が完了しました。今後はX線源の寿命を延ばすために「最大出力を50 kV, 400 μAに制限します。」20 W@50 kV以上の電力をX線源に印加しないでください。	Please don't activate X-ray source over 50 kV, 400 microA (20 Watts).
